★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estoy leyendo las reseñas del pésimo servicio de entrega y siguen igual o peor. De verdad les recomiendo que no engañen a sus clientes en la fecha de entrega, mejor digan que no saben cuándo entregarán los productos y ya. Me hicieron perder un día de trabajo. Y eso que te cobran flete.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio de entrega!! Mi hermana es una persona de la tercera edad y por confiada desechó su box y colchón anterior... No llegaron, la excusa que fue el último que cargaron en la camioneta. Nadie se responsabiliza!! Nadie da solución...
Si piensan adquirir algún colchón de verdad busquen otras alternativas... Nosotras pensamos en cancelar el pedido pero te penalizan "por gastos administrativos". Debería de haber otra cláusula dónde aplique algo similar para ellos por incumplimiento al cliente

La calidad de los colchones no es buena, te dan muchas vueltas y las entregas del colchón son muy tardadas. Si puedes busca una mejor opción de colchones hay otras marcas muchísimo mejores.
