One day I went to ask for a quote, and a very kind young man (Mario) attended me, he made me a quote, and we agreed a price and he made me see my space needs, he told me that they had to take measures, to corroborate them. The next day, another person, also very kind, came to take pictures of the place and take action, and he told us that we had to go back to the branch to sign a contract. We went to sign, but the manager of the place took care of us, and he gave us a price of 9 thousand pesos more expensive than the quote that they had done to me previously, and the closet did not change anything, that the person that made me the budget and that they could not accept me with that price. We decided not to make the purchase and they made us waste our time, because we were urged by this work

Expensive but well designed. Unfortunately, the work team they have is very fragmented and after completing the sale and the first payment, it is impossible to speak to the people in the office beyond the secretaries. The design is excellent, but you have to be on the lookout when they take the measurements and when they install the piece of furniture because there are too many "little details" when moving from paper to reality.

Be careful with this company, on their page they say that if you present a lower price from another place they will match it, or they will refund the money, which is not true, at first Ms. Guadalupe Resensiz very kind and when I mentioned this she says in his page, he told me he would ask his boss and disappeared. I stop answering me, be careful not to waste your time, they charge almost twice as much as other places with the same quality.

There is no complaint about that; First I bought 3 closets, I liked the treatment and the price-quality was fair (good attention from Pamela Munguia Leyva); I came back months later for a small cupboard (I was served by Pamela herself and also a fair price). My last approach with the company was this year 2021 (the person who attends me not attentive (Leticia Leyva) to quote one more piece of furniture and report inconsistencies in the design of my closets (part of the closets began to sag (and that they do not come out with I signed my consent, of course I did it at the time, but for them to be responsible for the guarantee is a terror (THEY DON'T DO IT, BE CAREFUL !!) ... design flaws, they sent me to the METER (named Eric and very attentive) I took several photos of the areas damaged by design error (as the meter commented), took measurements for the new furniture for my kitchen ... Days later, Leticia Leyva sent me a quote with totally different prices (very high and absurd, I CAN CHECK THEM) to which Pamela quotes (I do not understand what each one is based on and more when I was already a client), I asked for clarification of why the charge, they did not give me, I called several times ... they denied it (to Leticia), that they were in jousts etc. Finally, I opted For contacting the workshop manager (very friendly and attentive, by the way), he came to my home and sent his people to repair and accepted that there was an error in the design and placed some reinforcements. However, I no longer insisted that they clarify the price for the new piece of furniture and I no longer bought it. Unpleasant, it seems that because you do not live in prestigious areas of the CDMX, it is not the same treatment, regrettable. Obviously I would not recommend their services, I do not know if in other branches they are different, but at least in the MEDELLÍN branch, do not approach unless you want to take the risk. The material they use is not very good, the staff gives very bad attention, especially LETICIA LEYVA, very rude and arrogant. Shortly after (6 months) one of my drawers no longer closed properly, talk to them that they will repair it and they take a long time to give you an answer and the person who comes (EFREN) is very irresponsible with his work. In conclusion, I did not like it at all.
