Ir a otro lado! Modelo de negocio disruptivo. Fui a la nueva sala de exposición a la que asistieron lo que parecen ser gerentes de oficina con poca o ninguna pasión por la excelencia del cliente. Después de mirar alrededor, preguntamos si nuestro nuevo apartamento sería del tamaño de armarios y cajones. La señora fue amable y respondió preguntas. Después de discutir, llamamos para hacer una cita para las mediciones. Entonces no pasó nada, los teléfonos rara vez contestaban (quizás todo el personal toma largas pausas para almorzar al mismo tiempo sin personal) por lo que enviamos un mensaje en el sitio web que solicitó una respuesta y solicitamos la cita para medir. Se contactó con el comerciante asignado y en el futuro nos comunicaremos con ellos directamente para acordar la hora y la fecha. Llegó el sábado por la mañana, fue agradable, servicial e informativo, y nos informó que los detalles se pasarían a la oficina de la sala de exposición, listos para que los revisáramos y decidiéramos sobre nuestro material y diseño preferido. Llamamos a la tienda el martes por la tarde, no hubo respuesta, por lo que nuevamente usamos el chat de la página web para estimular una respuesta y al recibir una llamada quedó claro que no se había hecho absolutamente nada y no se procesaron mediciones, excepto una respuesta para decir que ¡estaríamos preparando los diseños para presentarnos en qué punto tendríamos que pagar si quisiéramos algún cambio de diseño! ¿Me estás tomando el pelo? Es nuestra casa y queremos nuestro diseño, ¡así que involúcranos en este proceso! ¿Quieres nuestro negocio o no y por qué tenemos que seguir persiguiéndote? ¿Quién es el cliente y quién es el vendedor? Es posible que haya estado en el negocio desde 1872, ¿desea continuar en el negocio? Felton hizo nuestra cocina y gabinetes en nuestra casa actual hace 10 años, lo cual fue un buen trabajo (excepto por la instalación donde se perforó una tubería de suministro de agua dulce en un armario y una tubería de alcantarillado en la cocina). Went to the new showroom attended by what appear to be office administrators with little to no front-facing passion for customer excellence. After looking around we inquired about having our new apartment measured up for closets and drawers. The lady was pleasant and answered questions. After discussing we called to make an appointment for measurements. Nothing then occurred phones rarely answered (perhaps all the staff take long lunch breaks at the same time with no manning) so we messaged on the web page which provoked a response and we asked about the appointment for measuring. Contact with the allocated tradesman was made and going forward, we just communicated directly with him to arrange the time and date. He attended Saturday morning was pleasant, helpful, and informative, advising us that the details would be passed to the showroom office ready for us to revisit and decide on our preferred material and design. We called the store on Tuesday afternoon, no answer so again used the web page chat to stimulate a response and upon getting a call back it was clear that absolutely nothing had been done and no measurements processed except for an answer to say that they would be making the designs ready to present to us at which point we would have to pay if we wanted any design changes! Are you kidding me? It´s our home and we want our design so involve us in this process! Do you want our business or not and why do we have to keep chasing you? Who is the customer and who is the vendor? You may have been in business since 1872, do you want to continue to be in business? Felton fabricated our Kitchen and Closets in our current home 10 years ago which was a good job (except for the installation which in one closet punctured the freshwater supply pipe and in the Kitchen punctured a sewerage pipe). Time to go elsewhere.

The assigned merchant has been contacted and in the future we will contact them directly to agree on the time and date. He arrived on Saturday morning, was personable, helpful and informative, informing us that details would be passed on to the showroom office, ready for us to review and decide on our preferred material and design. We called the store on Tuesday afternoon, there was no response, so again we used the webpage chat to stimulate a response and upon receiving a call it was clear that absolutely nothing had been done and no measurements were processed except an answer to say that we would be preparing the designs to present ourselves at what point would we have to pay if we wanted any design changes! Are you kidding me? It is our home and we want our design, so get us involved in this process! Do you want our business or not and why do we have to keep chasing you?
