★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alberca de 20 mts, con 4 carriles que se llenan mucho de gente, una clase promedio tiene 5-6 personas por carril De repente les falla el mantenimiento de la alberca y el agua se torna VERDE. El servicio es bueno, en general.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Malos instructores no atienden a los alumnos, porque cuando no se van a tomar café están perdiendo el tiempo en el celular, no tienen botiquín y si los alumnos tienen una necesidad de atención de este tipo no les ponen ni una bandita (a mi hijo le sucedió eso), no saben primeros auxilios ni les importa dar atención a sus alumnos. A las personas de la tercera edad no les prestan atención, y por último no les interesa enseñar solo cobrar la mensualidad. Me experiencia fue muy mala, si pudiera ponerle menos de una estrella se las ponía.
Bad instructors do not attend to the students, because when they are not going to drink coffee they are wasting their time on the cell phone, they do not have a first aid kit and if the students have a need for this type of attention they do not put a bandit on them (my son that happened), they don't know first aid or care to give attention to their students. The elderly do not pay attention, and finally they are not interested in teaching only to collect the monthly payment. My experience was very bad, if I could put less than one star I would wear them.

No llevo ni un mes y ya me cambié... Al parecer solo les interesa el cobro mensual antes de brindar un buen servicio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Este es un lugar dónde la administración es terrible, como socio el servicio al cliente guarda la metodología del IMSS, suele no haber agua caliente en las regaderas o ni si quiera agua. La infraestructura no está preparada para la sobresaturada alberca dónde bebés e instructores chocan durante los 25 minutos de clase (que en cualquier otra escuela son de 30 minutos)
This is a place where the administration is terrible, as a partner the customer service keeps the IMSS methodology, there is usually no hot water in the showers or not even water. The infrastructure is not prepared for the oversaturated pool where babies and instructors collide during the 25-minute class (which in any other school is 30 minutes)
