★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dejando a un lado el ruido de los perros a las 4 am y que el administrador de la noche nos abriera la habitación en la madrugada, las habitaciones estaban limpias y todos fueron muy amables pero actualizaría la página de hoteles de Puebla porque este es de 3 estrellas no 4.
Leaving aside the noise of the dogs at 4 am and the night manager opening the room at dawn, the rooms were clean and all were very friendly but would update the Puebla hotels page because this is 3 stars no 4

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acabo de ir este fin de semana para el Festival de Luces, pero decepcionada y muy molesta porque este Hotel de Agua Verde esta muy sucio, sábanas muy sucias, con pelos y basura...que parece que solo las acomodan y ya quedó lista, asqueroso y nada higiénico, las toallas color gris en lugar de ser blancas, hasta telarañas !!! ...las fotos se ven muy bonitas pero es un engaño todo y muuuy caro !!!para lo que ofrecen.... nada recomendable.... y no dan factura ni reciben tarjetas de crédito para pago del hospedaje, dicen que esta descompuesta su terminal.... muy mal!.... tache este hotel.
I just went this weekend for the Festival of Lights, but disappointed and very upset because this Green Water Hotel is very dirty, very dirty sheets, with hairs and garbage ... it seems that only accommodate them and it was ready, disgusting and not hygienic, gray towels instead of white, even cobwebs !!! ... the photos look very nice but it is a deception all and sooo expensive !!! for what they offer .... nothing recommendable .... and they do not give invoice or receive credit cards for payment of the lodging, they say that your terminal is broken .... very bad! .... cross this hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El mejor hotel en Atlixco al que he ido. El personal está muy atento a las necesidades básicas.
Las instalaciones están excelentes y sobretodo la alberca, ya que cuenta con un chapoteadero para los más pequeños y un asoleadero para los adultos.
Se los recomiendo mucho porque su precio es muy accesible a tus posibilidades.
The best hotel in Atlixco I've been to. The staff is very attentive to basic needs.
The facilities are excellent and especially the pool, since it has a wading pool for the little ones and a sun deck for adults.
I highly recommend them because their price is very accessible to your possibilities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención. El hotel está sucio, el agua de la alberca está verde, las sábanas sucias, no hay internet como dicen. La atención es pésima. La gerente no está y cuando los empleados le hablan por teléfono para una queja, deja de contestar el celular. No vale la pena, por el precio, puedes conseguir cosas mejores.
Bad attention. The hotel is dirty, the water in the pool is green, the sheets are dirty, there is no internet as they say. The attention is terrible. The manager is not there and when the employees talk to her on the phone for a complaint, she stops answering the cell phone. It's not worth it, for the price, you can get better things.
