Pocas cosas para comer, si vienen recomiendo que traigan sus propios víveres y preparen su comida.
Hacen falta sombrillas y todas las albercas están a pleno rayo del sol.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si bien mejoraron varias cosas desde la última vez que me hospedé en las villas, hay algunas cosas que se agradecería tomaran en cuenta, por ejemplo la atención en el video bar es muy lenta y deja mucho que desear, entre que no tienen una cosa y otra que está en el menú que te entregan, además de que las albercas tienen algunos insectos, deberían limpiarlas con más frecuencia. De ahí en fuera todo excelente

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta vez literario nos corrieron de ahi, la persona encargada del lugar una señora no muy amable se puso en un plan muy pesado y no nos dio oportunidad de nada y nos dijo que ya teníamos que irnos, creo que tienen mala organización para dar la información, algunos te dicen una cosa o otros otra y de muy mal modo ( la señora encargada del lugar), me cobro adicional 500 pesos por llegar a mi perrita y no dejaba que saliera para nada solo que la tuviera adentro amarrada.
El año pasado en agosto fuimos y el servicio fue muy bueno por eso regresamos. pero ahora en esta visita estuvo feo....por culpa.de la.señora administradora.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar es bonito, pero ya le hace falta bastante mantenimiento, a las habitaciones mas bien a todo en general, según me consiguieron el desayuno por ser mi cumple años, nos dieron chilaquiles y café, pedí mas café y me dijeron que ya no había, yo tuve que limpiar una parte de la alberca, etc. eso si, la amabilidad estuvo bien !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was there with friends for two nights, all the facilities like the pools are very good, the rooms are a little dirty but ok for how old those seem to be. The food was good and the bar has a great service, the club was pretty empty so we had a very good time there, almost all the place was for us so we received special attention. Every problem that came out was solved quickly and with not a lot of questions which was good.
