Aparte de la pobre comunicación cuando estaban ahí, me entregaron a uno sangrando y mis otros dos con varias heridas de días antes que nunca me platicaron. Por eso me los entregaron en la puerta con todas sus cosas y ni me quisieron platicar de lo que había pasado durante su visita. Aclaró que si me avisaron de dos situaciones de confrontaciones entre dos de mis perros, que jamás habían tenido problemas después de casi dos años, pero solo mandaron la foto de las lesiones de un de ellos pero los tres traían heridas además de las que me enseñaron en ese momento. Otro detalle fue que me entregaron más de la mitad de la comida que les mandé y una de mis perros regreso más flaca pero nunca me comentaron de problemas de alimentación. Siento que allí les importa más el business de meter los más perros posible que realmente mantener una cantidad controlable. Un día que fui, escuché que tuvieron alrededor de 100 perros para el 24 de diciembre cuando el espacio no es lo suficiente grande para esa cantidad, tal vez la mitad. Ojalá les ayuda esta reseña a alguien antes de que la borren. Ellos intentan decir que mal trate a sus empleados sin ningún pedazo de evidencia pero yo soy el que levanta falsos de otros porque sobre escuche a uno de los empleados hablando de cómo tenían 100 perros quedándose para el 24 cuando ellos mismos dicen que no tienen el cupo y para que mentir de algo así? También justifican no dar la mejor atención a mis perros por eso. Yo lleve a mis perros por 3 semanas seguidas para día de juego antes de que se quedaron la semana y ningún problema fue reportado en esos 3 días. Ni hablar de cómo regresaron 2 de mi perros a casa, una con miedo de todo y otra más agresiva. Solo saben echar la culpa a sus clientes para quedar como los buenos, fíjense en su respuesta, súper profesional! Si ustedes tienen problemas sintiéndose que son menos que alguien más, es más problema de ustedes que mío pero yo se que nunca les grite o les dije alguna grosería a ninguna persona en ese lugar. They only know how to blame their clients to look like the good guys, look at their answer, super professional!
