★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio de los meseros, en todos los restaurantes que tiene el hotel, terminas sirviéndote tu mismo las bebidas, no muestran atención para retirar platos sucios ni vasos. En el restaurant de comida italiana, tuvimos que esperar 1 hora para que nos sirvieran ensaladas y sopas que se supone ya están previamente preparadas. No lo recomiendo, en todos los servicios de alimentos deja muchísimo que desear lo cual desde mi punto de vista merma la calidad y servicio del hotel. La limpieza de las habitaciones muy mala.
 Terrible service from the waiters, in all the restaurants that the hotel has, you end up serving yourself the drinks, they do not show attention to remove dirty plates or glasses. In the Italian food restaurant, we had to wait 1 hour to be served salads and soups that are supposed to be previously prepared. I do not recommend it, in all food services it leaves a lot to be desired which, from my point of view, reduces the quality and service of the hotel. The cleaning of the rooms very bad.
