LOS SERVICIOS DE ASISTENCIA HOGAR SON MUY BUENOS, PERO HAY OCACIONES QUE LE PONEN AL CLIENTE MUCHOS OBSTACULOS PARA QUE UN PROVEEDOR DE SU PREFERENCIA LE SIGA ATENDIENDO, Y NO SE DIGA CUANDO CLUB DE ASISTENCIA DICE ES QUE EL PROVEEDOR ESTA OCUPADO, CUANDO NI AL PROVEEDOR SE LE HA LLAMADO, Y ESO ES UNA MENTIRA MUY GRANDE ASIA UN CLIENTE, YA QUE HASTA AHORITA NO HAY UN SISTEMA QUE ASIGNE A UN PROVEEDOR POR VIA SATELITE Y MUCHO MENOS QUE YA SEPAN SI ESTA OCUPADO O NO ESTA OCUPADO, POR QUE LA MAYORIA DE LOS CASOS, LOS OPERADORES DICEN NO LE PODEMOS ENVIAR AL PROVEEDOR QUE USTED SOLICITA POR QUE EL SISTEMA YA ARROJO AL PROVEEDOR QUE LE ATENDERA Y ESO ES PURA MENTIRA, CREO QUE LO MAS CORRECTO SI EN VERDAD EL SEGURO ES PARTE DE NUESTRA VIDA COMO DICE LIVERPOOL ES DAR UN SERVICIO INCONDICIONALMENTE AL CLIENTE, YA QUE EL CLIENTE ES EL QUE ESTA PAGANDO Y NO SE MERESE QUE SE LE ATIENDA DE ESA MANERA, CREO QUE ES MI OPONION Y SI USTED FUERA EL CLIENTE QUE DIRIA USTED ? SALUDOS
HOME ASSISTANCE SERVICES ARE VERY GOOD, BUT THERE ARE OCCASIONS THAT GIVE MANY OBSTACLES TO A PROVIDER OF HIS PREFERENCE TO KEEP HIM CARING, AND NOT TO BE SAYED WHEN THE ASSISTANCE CLUB SAYS IS THAT THE SUPPLIER IS BUSY, WHEN OR TO THE PROVIDER IT HAS BEEN CALLED, AND THAT IS A VERY BIG LIE ASIA A CUSTOMER, BECAUSE UNTIL NOW THERE IS NO SYSTEM THAT ASSIGNES A SUPPLIER BY SATELLITE VIA AND MANY LESS THAT ALREADY KNOW IF IT IS OCCUPIED OR NOT OCCUPIED, BECAUSE THE MAJORITY OF THE CASES, THE OPERATORS SAY WE CANNOT SEND THE PROVIDER THAT YOU REQUEST THAT THE SYSTEM IS ALREADY THROWED TO THE SUPPLIER THAT WILL ATTEND YOU AND THAT IS PURE LIE, I BELIEVE THE MOST CORRECT IF THE INSURANCE IS PART OF OUR LIFE AS IT SAYS LIVERPOOL IS GIVING AN UNCONDITIONALLY SERVICE TO THE CUSTOMER, BECAUSE THE CUSTOMER IS THE ONE WHO IS PAYING AND DON'T BE DESERVED TO BE TAKEN AWAY OF THAT WAY, I BELIEVE THAT IT IS MY OPINION AND IF YOU WERE THE CUSTOMER WHO WOULD YOU DIRECT?
