★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Malo, tardan en brindar Servicio si Tienes dudas no saben resolver no tienen idea de cuanto o enque esta vasada su cuota variable no tienen la menor idea de como se calcula un viaje solo dividen tiempo, km, en las cantidades que la aplicacion designa. En resumen, personal ignorante y sin capacidad para resolver cualquier duda.
 Bad, they take time to provide Service if you have doubts they do not know how to solve they have no idea how much or how much their variable quota is vasated they have no idea how a trip is calculated they only divide time, km, in the amounts that the application designates. In short, ignorant staff with no capacity to answer any questions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me gusta el servicio pero es desesperante que cada vez es más seguido que los conductores te cancelen porque no pagaras en efectivo.
Algunos los he esperado hasta 20 min y cuando están casi afuera cancelan.
Me han tocado que cancelen hasta 4 seguidos a la vez.
I like the service but it is exasperating that it is more and more often that drivers cancel you because you will not pay in cash.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi esposo dejo su celular hace tres días en el Didi q tomamos y es hora que. No nos dan una respuesta del conductor aunque sea por cordialidad y eso que nos aparece una aprox en la ubicación del CEL No responden nuestra necesidad se supone hay más seguridad en estos transportes

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las plataformas de transporte, tanto DiDi como las otras están cada vez peor. Y cada vez más caras. El servicio es cada vez mas malo, tardan mucho (la mayoría de las veces “tu conductor está dejando un pasajero antes de pasar por ti”) y es MUY común que dos o tres conductores te cancelen… lo que hace aún más larga y frustrante la espera. Les recomiendo mejor tener un número de taxi local (oficial y confiable)
The transport platforms, both DiDi and the others, are getting worse and worse. And more and more expensive. The service is getting worse and worse, they take a long time (most of the time “your driver is leaving a passenger before picking you up”) and it is VERY common that two or three drivers cancel you… which makes it even longer and more frustrating waiting for her I recommend you better have a local taxi number (official and reliable)
