This Beach Club/hotel is a decent spot to spend a day. For a fee of 300 MXN you gain access to the club and get to recline in one of their Beach chairs shaded by an umbrella. The servers will attend to you at your lunging spot, which is nice. They are fairly prompt and speak pretty decent English. Drinks are not cheap, but thats Tulum. Food was average. The beach is rock and sand so be careful, i sprained an ankle stepping on a rock i did not see. There is a cenote on site, but it is not like most cenotes in Yucatan that I have seen. It is littered with rocks jetting out from the bottom and is a bit dodgy to swim in. Definitely not a diving kind of a cenote. Bathrooms on site are clean and roomy. My problem is that when we were entering the concierge saw my DSLR camera and wanted to charge me 200 USD for the right to take pictures. Finally I agreed not to take photos and i was allowed to enter for the usual 300 peso fee, Bologna!

Horrible service!! The food is extremely expensive and TERRIBLE, the worst food I have EVER eaten in Mexico - tasted like microwave food. One of the staff member was very rude.

The cenote is amazing ! Not crowded at all, a magic place on the sea

Great experience, definitely worth visiting. Such a beautiful beach, not crowded with people. It also has a paradisiacal "caleta" and a cenote. Not to mention the food, had some delicious fish fillet tacos. Would visit again.

Pricey food and drinks after paying 300 peso entry fee per person. Not a single soul of staff around when needed yet helped themselves with 15% tips without asking. Very strong current, a girl was pushed away from the shore, everyone was calling for help but no staff to be seen. A person found a rope and buoy. So everyone on the beach teamed up to pull the poor girl in. Avoid !

The lagoon is beautiful and worth going to. Entry costs 300 pesos and includes bed and umbrella. Food and drinks are rather bad so you really go there just to see the lagoon. It was a nice option when Tulum beaches were full of seaweed. Lagoon was perfectly clean.

This place is perfect. Quiet, chill, no hecklers trying to sell you stuff on the beach. $300 pesos to enter and park. You get your own chairs and umbrella, good cheap food and cheaper beer than in Tulum. Great service from the staff. We love it. Bonus: found a few seashells.

300 pesos entry In the price included are sun loungers but no umbrellas as it was too windy, they said. We brought some fruits but we where not allowed to eat them. They kindly asked us to buy food in the restaurant, which didn't look good at all and it was quite expensive dough. 210 pesos for a small guacamole. They also mentioned that usually we are also not allowed to bring water. Today they made an exception. The cenote is small but it looks fantastic and the water is clear. Swimming is possible. Seaweed as everywhere, just a little spot without. We cannot recommend this place as we think it's very bold to forbid bringing an apple.
