★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una verdadera decepción fui desde tecamac a ver si me podían ayudar para comprar una mochila térmica para trabajar y fue una muy mala atención por parte de los que están en recepción me sentí como si hubiera ido a pedir limosna. Si no les gusta su trabajo que busquen otro, ese déjenlo a alguien q sepa de atención al cliente...
 A real disappointment I went from tecamac to see if they could help me buy a thermal backpack to work and it was a very bad attention from those who are at the reception I felt as if I had gone to beg. If they don't like their job, they should look for another one, leave it to someone who knows customer service...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La persona que me atendió fue detestable, eh ido en al menos 3 ocasiones y esta es la peor, engreído, grosero, insípidas respuestas que daba.
Lo malo de tener una creencia que todos los repartidores son ignorantes, es que los tratan como me trato este tipo, creo que así como el brinda y le pagan por dar el servicio de atención a un colaborador debe hacerlo de la mejor manera, ya que así como en mi caso no entendía algo de la app y en los videos no aparecía, tener la educación de explicar y ahorrarse el decir: la app no se equivoca esta bien... osea, detestable esas actitudes. Pero bueno.
The person who attended me was obnoxious, I've been there at least 3 times and this is the worst, cocky, rude, insipid answers I gave.
The bad thing about having a belief that all the delivery men are ignorant, is that they treat them the way this guy treats me, I think that just as he provides and is paid for giving the service to a collaborator, he should do it in the best way, since just as in my case I didn't understand something about the app and it didn't appear in the videos, having the education to explain and saving yourself from saying: the app isn't wrong is fine... I mean, those attitudes are detestable. Oh well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca en mi vida vuelvo a pedir a burger King alamedas. Hice pedido a las 16:30 y son 19:15 y no dan noticias. De a qué hora llegué. Quize utilizar la aplicación . Pero mejor voy yo en persona y me sobran 2 horas.que pena.
Never in my life will I order from Burger King Alamedas again. I placed an order at 4:30 p.m. and it's 7:15 p.m. and they don't give any news. What time did I arrive? I tried to use the app. But I better go in person and I have 2 hours left over. What a shame.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuando fui estaba vacío así que me atendieron rápido y resolvieron mis dudas, claro teniendo yo una actitud relajada el agente estubo relajado, a mi lado llegó otra persona de mal humor y se llevó un mal servico XD
