El instructor del gimnasio y las señoritas de recepción son muy amables y las máquinas están en buenas condiciones (excepto las escaladoras que no sirven). El lugar está limpio. Precio muy accesible; pago $600 por alberca y gimnasio. Ofrece muchas clases interesantes.
Very good place, with pool. The water is a little cold to be covered, but with this heat it is even appreciated! The gym instructor and the ladies at the reception are very friendly and the machines are in good condition (except the stair climbers that are not working). The place is clean. Very affordable price; I pay $ 600 for pool and gym. It offers many interesting classes.

1. 20 min antes de ir al gimnasio hablé por teléfono y una chica me dice que sí puedo pagar con tarjeta.
2. Llego al lugar y hay un señor platicando y me atiende hasta después de terminar de platicar con alguien más.
3. Me dice que la terminal está fallando y no me puede solucionar el problema y no me puede dar el pase de visita.
Le comenté mi situación:
Vengo de visita a la ciudad, me muevo en Uber y les pregunté previamente si podía pagar con tarjeta.
Respuesta:
No sé/no puedo resolver su problema.
Solución posible: desde que es un pase de visita, dar el acceso gratuito por esta ocasión, ya que el problema fue ellos.
Ahora tienen un mal Review y un cliente menos.
Terrible attention and service!
1. 20 minutes before going to the gym, I spoke on the phone and a girl told me that I can pay by card.

3. He tells me that the terminal is failing and he cannot solve the problem for me and he cannot give me the visitor's pass.
I commented on my situation:
I come to visit the city, I travel with Uber and I asked them beforehand if I could pay with a card.
Answer:
I don't know / can't solve your problem.
Possible solution: since it is a visitor pass, give free access for this occasion, since the problem was them.
Now they have a bad Review and one less customer.
