★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ya tiene casi medio año que no asisto a este lugar debido a que me dio una infección muy fuerte por la alberca que estába en ese entonces "muy sucia" y siempre decían que eran los químicos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta en pésimo estado, la alberca descuidada y corta los pies al nadar, hay ajolotitos en el agua, el personal de la recepción es muy grosero, no dan platica de ingreso, no hay reposición de clases, los baños no tienen mantenimiento pues se safan las llaves de la regadera. Por lo anterior también es caro, NO LO RECOMIENDO

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las instalaciones son muy antiguas, los casilleros están deteriorados, la alberca le faltan algunos mosaicos y cortan los pies, si ofrecen muchas actividades, y si hay horarios desde temprano hasta tarde, también me encontré con profesores muy buenos aunque la verdad les falta mucho mantenimiento cobran demasiado para ofrecer unas instalaciones así. Algunas regaderas me tocaron que se regresaba el olor del drenaje era bastante desagradable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se rompió una puerta de la regadera en diciembre y es febrero y no la han remplazado, cada día las instrucciones peor. Que mal servicio.
El deportivo necesita una limpieza profunda y arreglar el techo que se está callendo.
Los maestros de natación son muy buenos, lo lamentable es que no siempre calientan e agua de la alberca, debe de mejorar en eso ya que un día está helada, helada y otro día puede que esté bien para practicar la natación, por este motivo los niños y adultos seguido se enferman.
Cómo recomendación y queja solicitud que atiendan el tema de la temperatura del agua de la alberca.
