El instructor del horario matutino es atento y cordial los aparatos no son de lo más nuevo sin embargo con una buena rutina y realizando los ejercicios correctamente cumplen su función el area de cardio es amplia también y las bicicletas están en buenas condiciones
Ok, I've been exercising in different places for a long time now because of my work, I adapt to the times, different places, now I have to visit this gym in Mina, the attention of the receptionist is friendly and professional, a point in its favor! The morning instructor is attentive and cordial, the devices are not the newest, however, with a good routine and performing the exercises correctly, they fulfill their function. The cardio area is also spacious and the bicycles are in good condition.
