Pero en Kan Kan no solo adiestraron a los cachorros, a nosotros como dueños nos enseñaron a entender y comunicarnos mucho mejor con nuestras mascotas! Muchas gracias!! Totally recommended. Más allá de enseñarnos solo trucos, nos muestran como tener comunicación efectiva con nuestras mascotas, dentro de un ambiente con distracciones para entender más a fondo como practicar la obediencia de la mascota en un entorno cotidiano fuera de casa. This course allowed me to better understand TO as well as understand its needs and what it expects of me. Pague un anticipo para entrenar a mi perro y me parece TERRIBLE que no den una clase muestra o un contrato donde uno pueda cancelar si es que a uno no le gusto el curso, lo comento por lo siguiente: El entrenador vino y fue honesto y me parece bien. No me agrado, fui sincero con el y le pague su clase. Luego de eso solicite mi rembolso (con el que había apartado el curso de adiestramiento). Y hasta hoy no me lo han dado. Les di el dinero del anticipo desde el 30 de enero y cuando el entrenador acudió le pague la clase en tiempo y forma. Y cuando solicito mi rembolso, no me lo dan. Solo me dan pretextos y me dicen: "ya mero queda", "nosotros avisamos" '"ya el lunes", etc. Tengo casi un mes esperando y aun no me rembolsan la persona responsable todavia me echa la culpa diciendo: "usted nos hizo perder fechas con su reservacion, ahora usted esperenos. Asi es como tratan a la gente en Kan Kan. Un pesimo servicio al cliente, no lo recomiendo para nada. ¡¡Entrenen a sus perros donde haya gente profesional y sepa servir al cliente!! Aqui son arrogantes, sinicos y solo es un negocio mas donde solo se preocupan por el dinero y se olvidan del cliente. Ni se le ocurra pagar anticipio, no te ofrecen la opcion de una clase muestra, de ver si te gusta, te obligan a pagar todo el curso y si no te gusta, tardan un mes en devolverte tu anticipo y encima te tratan mal. PESIMA EXPERIENCIA Lousy service!!
