I think it's a good swimming school, my son is registered for 2 years, thanks to the good attention of the instructors, he learned to walk in a month. The attention in general is very good both the reception staff, cleaning and obviously all the engineers, my son has taken classes with: Miss Aurora, Miss Brenda, Profr Hugo and Ricardo (they are very good and patient with children). As areas of opportunity for improvement I can mention that it is required that the showers and changing rooms need to be extended since sometimes at the end of classes they are full. I highly recommend this school because they have good facilities (they are always clean) and above all for the good service they provide us with.

After spending some time at the school, I can say that the space is small, but it has good services. In spring / summer they suffer a bit with the issue of cleaning the water, I suppose it has to do with the increase in the influx of people. They had very good instructors (at least on my schedule). Some others sometimes don't pay as much attention to you.

Attention was very good until the instructors began to be rude and despotic, suddenly the costs rose exaggeratedly and it was not worth continuing to pay the personalized class to receive mistreatment (long faces and even the greeting did not respond), three afternoons at week to be listening during the whole hour of class of my little one the complaints of the cleaning staff, the receptionist and the other instructors (who did not have class at that time) I say: What need to listen that they are not comfortable? To hear that they complained about parents and students? At that time, most of the instructors were students and I understand that they were sorry to have to work to continue in their respective school, but as a user who paid for personalized classes (not cheap at all), I am not interested in hearing that it is not enough, that the owners are So or Asa, that such a mother complained, that it was not fair, that the so-called student arrives late and they laughed, that at Christmas the celebration was not to their liking, that they demanded a lot and paid little ?. In my case, the gradual disinterest in teaching my child (with two different instructors) was noticed and they went from well-structured routines in arms and legs with good technique to simply leaving him with the straw to go from one extreme to the other, without continuing to move forward in the technique to just let him play, I don't know if it was intentional. Hopefully the owner will pay attention to this, maybe my review is late but it is true. One how mom or dad will pay (to pay well) if the attention and service are good, if there is quality and warmth. But if the instructors do what they want and nobody corrects them, they lose customers, money. Now I take my little one to another pool, much further, more expensive but with better attention.

Excellent service, the staff is very friendly and respectful, I have been taking my daughter for a long time and she learned to swim very well and quickly, although they should take care of their facilities since there are times when the water is cold both in the pool and in the showers,. I would like to differ in an opinion that I just read, I have been carrying my daughter for a long time and never in the time that I have (which are already like a year and a half) have I seen that the staff is disrespectful, on the contrary they are very attentive and look for the integrity of the students, I do not say it for my daughter but I have seen how they behave with other children, in addition to that I have seen that children are excited to see their teachers. Ignore opinions that seek to discredit the club.

The service I received in the aquatic have been very attentive and friendly. The facilities always clean and the instructors are very good. They have a good control of the children since they handle from beginners to advanced. They have never denied me access to the aquatic and they always solve my doubts. Thank you.
