I ordered pescado Al carbon.
It was made with Rubia.
I am not exaggerating, this is the best fish I have ever had.
He has a home made BBQ sauce that is like nothing you've ever had. It is applied lightly and tastefully, cooked into the meat; then basted with garlic.
This fish is crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. It is amazing!
Come to this place, you will not be disappointed.
