Very nice, but very dated property. Great pool service and friendly staff, hot tub was very hot most of the week and cold on a few of the days. Good location would definitely return.

We have had an excellent stay so far. The facilities are beautiful and well maintained and the beach here is gorgeous and kept clean as well. It's at the quiet end of the hotel one so not great if you're looking to party but still accessible to the bar scene by cab for about $25 USD and really cheap local tourist bus $1 for a trip in to the center of the tourist area. Security at the gate is stringent so excellent if you worry about stranger access and terrible if you want friends and family to come visit you. There have been some issues with our room. The stove didn't work for the first 4 days of our 8 day stay so very frustrating. They finally fixed it on the day they offered to switch us to another room. We didn't bother as it would have been a hassle to round up all our stuff but they did offer to give us staff to help with the transfer. The staff has been kind and helpful with the exception of one senior food service guy who wasn't helpful with a billing issue due to a communication problem at the pool bar. Eventually a higher level manager worked it out but it was an unpleasant blip in an otherwise lovely stay. Gina, the activities gal in the beach area was stupendous. So sweet and fun and energetic the whole day leading a variety of games and classes. Loved the beachside blackjack table and bracelet making class. I wasn't wild about the premade piña colada mix used at the pool bar. Just like in so many other tourist destinations around the world, the beverages now contain artificial sweeteners that bar tenders and staff don't even know are there. The barman kindly mixed up a totally natural and fresh margarita that made up for it.

I got a room with double bed plus a sofa and when I got there they said they didn't have any at all. The restaurant is not great for the price. Room service was great. Very limited parking spots for rental cars. Staff was very friendly. Swimming pool was good, didn't have time to get in it though. It's in front of the beach, very neat.

This place is one of the best in the area. I have been coming here for a long time. If you choose this place you definitely will love it I'm sure! Very nice accommodation, great services. I have been to 2 club Regina's so far. They both are the same. It's a time share so the rooms are pretty big and come with private balconies and jacuzzi. The staff is very helpful and it is always situated in front of some great water. The best part about the hotel is that it is situated at the end of the bus route so it's hard to get lost. The bus route is the best way to get around in Cancun. It's cheap and safe, only cost 12 pesos a person per trip. We hardly spent time in the hotel because, come on, its Cancun, why stay stuck in a hotel. Make sure you call or book a shuttle ride to and from the hotel, if not the fair from the airport to the hotel will cost you upwards of $50 for a 15min trip. They will pressure you ate the airport so book a ride to and from ahead. The hotel is a great place to set camp to venture off into Cancun.

We came with our friends that have a time share here for over 25 years and it is absolutely magnificent! Our view from our ocean suite is breathtaking! The entire staff is wonderful, kind and helpful and will do anything to make your stay more comfortable. From beachfront bathing, volleyball, activities on the beach, dining in their restaurants with great food to relaxing in the private jacuzzis on your balcony enjoying a nap in your personal hammock. A true fantastic vacation with friends and family!!
