★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo. Fuimos clientes por años. Hasta hace aproximadamente dos años todavía daban excelente servicio. Se tardaban media hora en revisar y alrededor de 1 hora en cambio de balatas.
Y ahora, vine en dos ocasiones, ayer porque pensé que tenían exceso de trabajo y me dijeron que tardan 3 horas solo en revisar. Me fui, regreso hoy temprano cuando acaban de abrir y me salen con lo mismo, 2 horas y media para revisar, y aproximadamente 6 horas para hacer el cambio.
Cabe mencionar que en estas dos ocasiones el hombre que está atendiendo esta sentado sin hacer nada frente a la computadora y los carros afuera sin nadie que los esté revisando.
No regresaremos, buscaré otra opción.
Appalling. We have been customers for years. Until about two years ago they still gave excellent service. It took half an hour to check and about 1 hour to change pads.
And now, I came twice, yesterday because I thought they were overworked and they told me it takes 3 hours just to check. I left, I return early today when they just opened and they leave me with the same thing, 2 and a half hours to check, and approximately 6 hours to make the change.
It is worth mentioning that on these two occasions the man who is attending is sitting without doing anything in front of the computer and the cars are outside without anyone checking them.
We will not return, I will look for another option.
