★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solo tengo una pregunta seria, no es trolleo, ni es mala vibra, al contrario, le deseo mucho exito y mis mejores deseos a los proyectos, sueños y labor de las personas pero es real $6,900 pesos al mes por 30 o 40 min de ejercicio al dia y nada mas que solo eso? Entiendo que la zona, la renta, gastos operativos bla bla bla, eleven el precio, incluso
el razonamiento tonto que un target más "selectivo" justifica subir precios solo "por que si", pero es neta?? Un sportworld, sport city, sportium, energy, etc etc etc, ubicados en buenas zonas y con una infinitad brutal de opciones, actividades, espacio, clases, horarios y miles de servicios que ofrecer te cobra la MITAD que eso?? O sea, si no me estoy dando a entender solo diganme porqué diablos el exceso incoherente de precio? Que me ofreces extra de lo que un club me ofrece y me cobra la mitad de eso? Queeeee? Justificame tu precio, por el amor de dios para que lo entienda, porque alguien con mil opciones en sus manos por la mitad de precio decidiría pagar el doble por 30 min de cardio en una escaladora? Disculpenme, pero en serio no entiendo porque tu producto vale el doble que o el triple que toda la oferta que existe siendo tan limitado? Ojalá me puedas explicar.

Algo que odié fue la atención al cliente desde que llegas. Sinceramente es fatal. Personalmente yo me sentí como si me estuvieran haciendo un favor, y eso que yo pagué mi clase. La coach cero atenta en enseñarme cómo debo usar los aparatos (lo hice como pude)
De verdad pésimo.
The appliances and the place are ok. (It is small but optimal)
Something I hated was the customer service from the moment you arrive. It's honestly fatal. Personally, I felt like they were doing me a favor, even though I paid for my class. The zero coach attentive in teaching me how to use the devices (I did it as best I could)
Really lousy.
