La puntualidad habla bien de cualquier institución, pero no de esta. Llevo más unade hora esperando mi cita de las 2:00 pm y aún no se ve a qué hora me van atender, mi paciente ya está muy inquieta, es seguimiento de operación , no está en condiciones de seguir esperando, es muy lamentable está falta de respeto. Antes de agendar debieran checar su disponibilidad de los doctores, sobre todo en el área de Neorocirugia, no son pacientes comunes. Hago un llamado a los directores y responsables de este centro médico para corregir está anomalía. Por su atención muchas gracias, espero nadie más sufra de este tipo de irresponsabilidad ni aquí ni en ninguna clínica particular, no es el SS.

Hice una cita a las 2 para una tomografía, eran 2:40 y no me habían atendido. La tomografía cuesta $4000. No es porque iban atrasados, ni siquiera había nadie y las secretarias ni si quiera para avisarte que no había nadie ni a q hora te la podrían hacer. Es un servicio privado que estas pagando. No es posible que haya esa falta de respeto. Aun así la secretaria se molestó porque me fui y me reagendó mi cita de mala gana. Obviamente no volví ahí y me la hice en otro lugar por $2000. Ahí si puntuales y buen trato.

Me atendieron en urgencias el Dr. Mauro, me sacaron una radiografía del pie, pues me caí. No supo interpretar la radiografía. Y me dijo que no tenía fractura. Cuando si la tenía!!!! Qué pésimo servicio. Cómo pueden tomar tan a la ligera la salud de los pacientes!!!

We are from out of the country and my daughter had swimmers ear for a few days and the pain got really bad in the middle of the night. We were very reluctant to go, but we went to the Urgent care, a doctor greeted us, examined her 2 mins later, paid our bill (very cheap), walked down the street to the pharmacy and were done in 20 mins! Could not believe the prompt service and the care, 10 stars for sure!!! Highly recommend!

Good place to go to if you need an injection but if you need something else I wouldn't recommend it

What an amazing hospital. I had a medical emergency that to my shock required surgery. When I came in, I thought the pain was just a nasty turn of indigestion and expected to leave in a few minutes with antibiotics or something. Instead, they made an echo and discovered a cyst had broken and was filling my abdomen with blood. My Spanish was extremely limited, but they tried various ways of communicating with me and giving me a sense of reassurance: questions were asked, I was monitored, my blood pressure and temperature were checked, my partner could stay after visiting hours, and with signs and Google Translate they kept communicating. Even when I tried to walk out of the room, they asked me if I wouldn't rather use a wheelchair. They rolled me out of the room a few minutes later and out the building. A trip I definitely wasn't up for crawling by myself. Love the caring nurses, doctors and cleaning staff. Everything was clean, excellent and they always pushed just enough to get me back on my feet, but not passed my boundaries. Thank you all for your great care.
