★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca contestan el teléfono, y los correos no los leen, uno les solicita información y contestan con detalles incompletos y uno debe de solicitar nuevamenten la información y esperar que te conteste alguien con criterio profesional.
They never answer the phone, and the emails are not read, one asks them for information and they answer with incomplete details and one must request the information again and wait for someone to answer you with professional criteria.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSIMA EXPERIENCIA CON CMA! de verdad evítense pasar corajes, es la peor naviera, su personal está del nabo, son incompetentes, flojos, les tienes que solicitar las cosas como 1000 veces y a veces ni así las hacen!! Y para rematar RATEROS no quisieron devolver un saldo a favor de unas facturas que se depositaron de más.
envío foto de una ejecutiva de cuenta que en particular, se le solicitó muchísimas veces la información y a todos los correos hizo caso omiso evadiendo su responsabilidad y echándole el muerto a otro departamento.
AWFUL EXPERIENCE WITH CMA! Really, avoid being angry, it is the worst shipping company, its staff is crazy, they are incompetent, lazy, you have to ask them for things like 1000 times and sometimes they don't even do it!! And to top it off, THEY did not want to return a balance in favor of some invoices that were deposited in excess.
