En caso de alguna emergencia no están disponibles y no avisan los horarios de visitas en domicilios aún programadas????que pésimo servicio actualmente ! Que mal en xalapa no éramos así They don't answer phone numbers! Los blancos son días de servicio Los grises días sin servicio Y los rosados ?? L	Laura Mendez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No entiendo cuál es el punto de tener un servicio para usuarios por teléfono si te van a decir que debes resolverlo en persona. Si justo el detalle es un cobro, tengo que gastar más en ir para que lo resuelvan...no tiene sentido. No hay ningún tipo de ayuda para el usuario. Si tienen registro de los consumos bien podrían resolverlo, pero prefieren tener las oficinas saturadas de gente. I don't understand what is the point of having a service for users by phone if they are going to tell you that you have to solve it in person. If just the detail is a charge, I have to spend more to go to have it resolved...it doesn't make sense. There is no help for the user. If they have a record of the consumption, they could well solve it, but they prefer to have the offices saturated with people.

No responden en los números telefónicos... Sólo reaccionan cuando los vecinos se organizan y cierran vialidades... O como los perros, a periodicasos... Terrible service... The website does not contain information to report lack of water outside of the scheduled dates... But to collect, there are up to 3 links... They do not respond to telephone numbers... They only react when the neighbors organize themselves and they close roads... Or like dogs, periodically...

EN MÍ CASO CADA TRES MESES AUMENTA EL RECIBO Y LUEGO DOS MESES VUELVE A BAJAR Y AL PREGUNTAR SIEMPRE ES LA MISMA "ES LO QUE DA LA LECTURA" EL PROBLEMA ES QUE EN CASA SOMOS SIEMPRE LAS MISMAS DOS PERSONAS NO HAY MÁS CADA TERCER MES. THEY NEVER GIVE A CLEAR ANSWER TO QUESTIONS. IN MY CASE, EVERY THREE MONTHS THE RECEIPT INCREASES AND THEN TWO MONTHS IT GOES DOWN AGAIN AND WHEN I ASK IT IS ALWAYS THE SAME "IT IS WHAT THE READING GIVES" THE PROBLEM IS THAT AT HOME WE ARE ALWAYS THE SAME TWO PEOPLE THERE ARE NO MORE EVERY THIRD MONTH.
