★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesima atención de una señorita pedante y grosera. Estuve formada desde antes de las 4:30 y no alcance a sacar la copia del acta que iba a tramitar. Pide la señorita monto extacto de pago porque "la maquina no da cambio".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yo fui en sábado, como a las 3:30 p.m. Justo en la hora de la comida, pues solo en los fines de semana tienen hora de comida, la cual es de 3:00 a 4:00. El trámite que realicé fue una acta de nacimiento: si llevas los datos o la copia, te cobran $77 si no tienes los datos y quieres que la busquen te cobran $154. Los datos que te piden son:
*Partida
* Fecha de nacimiento
*Juzgado
*Libro
*Año de registro
Yo pagué con un billete de $100 y sí me dieron cambio, también puedes pagar con tarjeta.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Como en todas las dependencias de gobierno, siempre hay trabas y los empleados generalmente están de malas, pero sacan de apuro. Piden llevar cambio de no más de 200 pesos aunque tienen opción de pagar con tarjeta. En caso de pagar con tarjeta, piden identificación oficial.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio por parte del personal, te piden la cantidad exacta del monto a pagar "por que la maquina NO DA CAMBIÓ ", las Sritas mal educadas y prepotentes, ambas están ahí atendiendo de a una persona en lugar de agilizar la fila.
Si tienes que venir... No esperes salir rápido!
