★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima empresa está no solo es mala está, no está apegada a la ley federal del trabajo no cuenta con seguro te hacen firmar tu renuncia desde la contratación, firmas pagarés que no explican por qué, la gente es prepotente y déspota, mala gestión de las campañas es una empresa de fraudes solo puede decir esa por cualquier cosa, está ya tiene denuncia en la PROFEDET acudan si son victimas de esta empresa.
 It is a terrible company, it is not only bad, it is not attached to federal labor law, it does not have insurance, they make you sign your resignation from hiring, promissory notes that do not explain why, people are arrogant and despotic, poor management of the Campaigns is a fraud company, you can only say that for anything, you already have a complaint in PROFEDET, go if you are victims of this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entre ahí para laborar en una nueva campaña en rappi primero dijeron que sería atención a clientes y una vez ingresando a operacipn salieron con que era retención, prometieron dinero por dinámicas el cual gane una de ellas y nunca me pagaron, después por productividad el cual tampoco pagaron de toda la campaña dieron a solo 3 personas su bono de puntualidad y al resto pusieron de pretexto que por métricas no se lo dieron por q no chocaron huella cuando desde la entrada los vigilantes te toman la hora de entrada y salida y por último la nomina te pagan lo q quieren el sábado dijeron tener problemas se suponía suponía nos pagarían el 5 y no lo hicieron ejercimos presión y nos pagaron con cheque el sábado pero a unos les pagaron más y a otros menos no concordaban los pagos con lo laborado y por último después de un mes trabajando ahí dijeron dijeron la campaña cerraría ofrecieron irte a cobranza o a ventas o dar las gracias, básicamente perdí tiempo y esfuerzo, pésimo trabajo
I went there to work on a new campaign in rappi, first they said it would be customer service and once entering the operation they came out with retention, they promised money for dynamics which one of them won and they never paid me, then for productivity which neither They paid for the entire campaign, they gave only 3 people their punctuality bonus and the rest put on the pretext that due to metrics they did not give it because they did not collide when from the entrance the guards take the time of entry and exit and finally the payroll they pay you what they want on Saturday they said they had problems they were supposed to pay us on the 5th and they did not exert pressure and they paid us by check on Saturday but some were paid more and others less they did not match the payments with what was worked and finally after a month working there they said they said the campaign would close they offered to go to collections or sales or to say thank you, basically I lost time and effort, lousy job
