Around 400 pesos for Covid rapid test. 10 mins in the hospital at 9 am and we got the results around 12pm. Professional and efficient.

Over several years I have been to his hospital 3 times for emergencies while on vacation, a kidney stone, a burned hand and pneumonia. As a Canadian I am used to pretty good healthcare and this hospital was up to that standard. One of my doctors was trained in Montreal. The hospital was clean, staff polite and capable, and some with English. The fees for a visit were very low ($35) except the kidney stone overnight stay was paid by insurance so I don't know what that cost. They also have a much larger hospital called 'CMQ Premier 'on FCO Villa in Pitillal.

Emails never come as promised. After two times at the airport without getting results and not having the email one time it was the airport's fault because they are internet was down I decided to go and get the test and ask them if I could pick up the results afterwards. They said to come back in 2 hours which I did and of course they were not ready and of course I get some b******* excuse and told to sit and wait for 15 minutes. Apparently 15 minutes is actually means 45 minutes. Many other places where it's cheaper and much easier to get your car test!! The actual person who takes the test is very nice though I've been with three different and they were all very kind and gentle.

Absolut SCAM avoid at all costs. The doctor made a "diagnosis" that, as it turned out late,r had no validation in any of the lab results, they clearly over-prescribe unnececcary medicine just to rip you off, and they absolutely destroyed my brain with hours upon hours of lies about accepting/not accepting insurance, reimbursing or not (so far did not) the initial payment with insurance money (at first they said they would, then - for no reason refused, then said that are kinda working on it, but it just never gets done). Absolutely horrendous service: they lie to your face, promise e-mails that are never sent, drop the phone when you demand direct answers, threaten to call police on you if you show up. They refused to give the medical report when discharging, demanding to sign a request, promised to send it in two days, five days later claimed that it will be later, when I insisted for 1,5 hours - gave me a partial one and lied to my face that I didn't request anything else. Overpricing liars with nothing resembling conscience.

Very poor service staring at reception desk & lab they weren't any help directing us where the PCR test is taken place. We Were back and forth in there & almost missed the PCR person which is located in a camper outside the hospital. I just have a hard time seeing how careless these ladies were even though we said we have an appointment for PCR test

Had covid antigen test done. On time as scheduled. Told we would get our results within 4 hours. 30 min later results where in via email Efficient. Very clean place 450 pesos per person. Recommend

Amazing service. We walked in and a doctor saw us in about 5 minutes. After a 15 minute consultation we decided to wait until we got home for further treatment, but felt reassured that the issue did not need immediate attention. And they did not charge us for the consult! If we had stayed, they ask for about $7000 to start.

Kind of scary going to a Mexican hospital. I did not know what to expect. I had my travelers insurance ready to go but the price was way lower than US emergency room or hospitals and I just paid in pesos. I had a Gastro intestinal infection suspected from my insurance company online doctor and told me to go to the ER or hospital as soon as possible. Doctor on call at the hospital made the same determination and within 30 minutes had a script and I was on my way. Very clean modern hospital professional staff.
