Co.404 Coliving-Coworking - 29240 San Cristóbal de las Casas

We were so honoured to be among the first group of guests at Co.404 and will continue to shout from the rooftops about how great this place is to anyone that will listen! If you’re considering it, you should totally go ahead and stay here! ?? Firstly, the atmosphere is fantastic. Coliving and coworking with these guys as well as the guests is the best - everyone is so friendly and great company. Secondly, the space is awesome. Great coworking ‘office’ that also has meeting cubicles so you can take private calls. If you want, you work outside instead where you’ll also find strong connection to the fast and stable WiFi (this is a rarity in San Cris!). Finally, the rooms are really comfortable and well decorated - the shared kitchen and relaxation spaces are lovely too. Enjoy!! And thank you Co.404 family! ❤️

Really nice, and friendly community atmosphere. Great spaces to work. Cool minimalist, bohemian decor. Volunteers organise lots of little excursions and events. It's all the little things that set this place apart. Definitely the ideal option for a digital nomad in San Cristobal!

My girlfriend and I lived at co.404 while were in San Cristobal, travelling as digital nomads. We were some of the first people to stay there but we were met with such a nice reception. We had an awesome little family for a month and it was excellent! WiFi was fast, kitchen was good and rooms were clean and beautifully decorated. We will be back!! You must stay here!

Where should I even begin… I stayed there once for 2 weeks and felt it was not enough at all! Then I organised my trip around Mexico to come back and stay longer. Second time, I stayed there for 2 months. Co404 has been my home for half of my time in Mexico. When I say home, I mean it. It’s a home away from home. Here, you’ll find everything you need from hot water in the shower (you know it’s rare in Mexico) to very strong reliable wifi (very important for digital nomad!). But above all, you’ll find a family. Like-minded people who will make you feel one of them from day 1. Left this place has been heartbroken from me, but I’ll be back someday soon ! David, Jocelyn and Lau, you guys can be super proud of what you built ! I would love to find such a place in each city I’m travelling to as a digital nomad! To you who’s reading this review, do not hesitate, go ahead, book your stay there!

The BEST spot in San Cris mixing coworking and living. They really put a lot of thought into the amenities in the room and common spaces. The filtered water is SUCH an underrated amenity.

It's tough to know where to start with Co404. Even with world class cities and beaches that often steal the spotlight, this has been the highlight of my 6 months in Mexico. It's been the best, most pure application that I've seen of the "coliving" concept after 2 straight years of living in hostels and coliving spaces. Co404 took everything that makes hostels great and added modern amenities that digital nomads need to work and live. Great beds, a coworking space with tons of natural light, an outside garden perfect for relaxing in between tasks or meetings, and one of the best showers I've found anywhere. Add great communal areas and scheduled social activities every week and you'll see why it's so common for people to come for weeks and stay for months. This isn't even taking into account the amazing staff that really tie this place together. This was 6 weeks that I'll never forget and I can't wait to get back to Co404 in the future.

404 is such an amazing place, where it is easy to fit in! If you work remotely this is the right hostel. Also if you like to follow a healthy lifestyle here you can find many enlighten minds. I will never forget the teaching of Jay, one of the volunteers who work here. My experience wouldn’t be the same without him. He can teach you a lot of stuff and together with Jesus is one of the most mindful person I have ever met.

The most special place you’ll ever stay at ? Lived here for 2 months and it was definitely the highlight of my time in Mexico! What they’ve created is beyond anything I’ve ever experienced before. It felt like home and I became part of the family as soon as I arrived. Created by nomads for nomads, this place has a heartbeat and will be your home away from home ❤️ Hot showers in the rooms, kitchen equipped with everything you’ll need to prepare a delicious meal, cowork space full of natural light, beautiful garden and cozy living room for movie nights ? Everyone is so kind and helpful and there are always group activities! Couldn’t recommend this place enough and can’t wait to return ❤️❤️
