Me había mandado mi supervisora un día antes un mensaje diciéndome que me tenia que presentar a "LABORAR" en el horario matutino (no me correspondía este horario) y que solo seria ese día, y volvería a la normalidad de trabajar en casa en mi respectivo horario, QUE DESCARO DE SU PARTE MENTIRME Y HACERME CREER QUE SEGUIRÍA TRABAJANDO Y QUE TODO ESTABA BIEN. Nos hicieron firmar un contrato de renuncia voluntaria cuando en realidad nos despidieron (ni la oportunidad de demandarlos por necesidad de dinero en ese momento) y estoy viendo que nuevamente están solicitando vacantes de cobranza por Internet, que poca. Llevaba 4 meses, llegue a las metas, di buenos números y apenas hace un mes había firmado mi contrato indeterminado para que me salgan con que me corran. Mi antigua supervisora Ema Alejandra Rodriguez de TMK AFI ni siquiera me dio retroalimentaciones en capacitación como para que me salgan con que tuve una "baja productividad", ¡no tiene lógica!. Ella no tiene la madera de jefe, ni la capacidad de estar bajo estrés laboral, es muy incumplida y no puede con la responsabilidad de estar encargada de 2 campañas, una de ellas billingüe sin siquiera saber ingles....¡¡NO PUEDE!!. En verdad tenía muy buenas expectativas de esta empresa, hasta de Ema, pero son igual de mentirosos que todos los call centers.
