En outsourcing de personal que contrata personas sin cumplir el perfil. Por ejemplo, personal de mantenimiento que no sabe cambiar un tubo o que vive lejos de su centro de trabajo. Todo esto se traduce en pérdidas para los condominios y mal servicio para los propietarios.
