Cuando los refrigeradores que prestan se descomponen y se reportan para reparación, no los quieren regresar a menos de que se firme exclusividad. Aunado a esto, en muchas ocasiones se comportan de manera grosera y agresiva
 The service in the store is good, the telephone number and customer service is terrible. When loaner refrigerators break down and are reported for repair, they don't want to return them unless exclusivity is signed. In addition to this, on many occasions they behave in a rude and aggressive way
