★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio, tomaron datos de local, de mi oersona, me hicieron gastar el tiempo y $ en sacar copias y para nada después de una semana no son capaces de hacer una llamada o una visita para levantar pedido e iniciar negocio, es una verdadera lástima que empresas como ésta tengan esta clase de personas que solo engañan, si ya no quieren hacer más negocio con clientes potenciales están en todo su derecho pero que lo indiquen que ya no tienen tiempo para atendernos y con eso es suficiente, buscaremos a otros proveedores que si les interese vender.

Primero se realizó el pedido vía telefónica como acostumbraban realizarlo ellos, y después lo intenté yo 2 veces a través de su sitio web, las 2 veces me cancelaron el pedido, la página no muestra ningún tipo de justificación, y es un pedido de $800. El primer pedido para que lo puedan corroborar fue el #000751008 y el segundo #000756912. Está muy bien que está sea la atención al cliente con base en el posicionamiento de Coca-Cola, sigan así! Todo esto fue con Coca-Cola Tlalnepantla, si tienen la oportunidad de buscar alternativas como Pepsico u otras marcas, háganlo.
