★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta iba a ser mi segunda compra con ellos, la primera vez me encantaron muy buen trabajo y servicio, eso fue hace 3 años, sin embargo, en esta ocasión al ver que supuestamente están en Tepepan mandé un WatsApp para preguntar la dirección exacta porque para recolección me mandaba hasta Tlahuac!!, y la respuesta que obtuve, fue que hablara en horario laboral, no es posible que no me pudiesen responder solo eso: tepepan o tlahuac!!, que falta de atención al cliente. Pésimo servicio, mejor no pongan que pueden ser contactados por esa vía, de ser así uno entiende que mejor manda un email por ejemplo.
 This was going to be my second purchase with them, the first time I loved very good work and service, that was 3 years ago, however, this time seeing that they are supposedly in Tepepan I sent a WatsApp to ask the exact address because to collection sent me to Tlahuac !!, and the answer I got was to speak during business hours, it is not possible that they could not answer me only that: tepepan or tlahuac !!, that lack of customer service. Terrible service, better not say that they can be contacted in this way, if so, one understands that it is better to send an email for example.
