Fui a desayunar una sola vez ahí y estaban preparando la comida en unas ollas muy grandes, la señora estaba probando la comida con la cuchara grande con la que estaba cocinando. Le soplaba a la cuchara para enfriar la sopa recién sacada de la olla y se metía la cuchara a la boca, de ahí la pasaba a otra olla con arroz para servirlo para llevar y lo regresaba a la olla de la sopa. La misma cuchara! Hizo varias veces estas "probaditas" osea que todos nos comemos sus bacterias de la boca y su saliva.
Ojalá todos antes de abrir un restaurante pudieran ponerse a estudiar la reglas básicas de higiene para no contaminar los alimentos. ¿Y luego nos preguntamos porqué nos hacen daño ciertos alimentos que estamos acostumbrados a comer? Anexo fotos...

I wish everyone before opening a restaurant could study the basic rules of hygiene so as not to contaminate food. And then we wonder why certain foods that we are used to eating harm us? Photos attached...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tardaron mucho en atenderme. Esperé a que me sirvieran por casi media hora. El agua de sabor era de tang, no tenían tortillas, mi comida en sabor estaba más o menos insípida. Le pusieron yerbabuena al consomé y parecía té. Pedí limones y me dieron uno amarillo super amargo y sin partir.

Entre todos los empleados estaban discutiendo por algunos pedidos pendientes en frente de todos los clientes.
Me encantan las ensaladas del lugar, siempre les ponen alguna semilla para acompañar tu platillo fuerte. Muy recomendable para la hora de la comida.
