Pero el platillo estelar que no nos perdemos por nada, año con año, son sus chiles en nogada, sin duda el mejor que hemos probado en Tulancingo. Los chiles en nogada los sirven los domingos y el precio vale la pena. (Agosto 2019)
For years we have come here to eat, offer handmade tortillas. But the star dish that we do not miss anything, year after year, are the chiles in walnut sauce, definitely the best we had in Tulancingo. The chiles in walnut sauce served on Sundays and the price is worth it. (August 2019)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siempre muy rica la comida, con ese toque casero que no te deja parar de comer. Las raciones son muy abundantes, vale el precio y con esas tortillas de comal, todo muy bien.
Les recomiendo que, aunque el postre de arroz con leche está incluido, si pueden, por unos pesos más, pidan el flan ? napolitano; verdadero flan napolitano.
The food is always very rich, with that homemade touch that won't stop you from eating. The portions are very abundant, it is worth the price and with those comal tortillas, everything is very good.
I recommend that, although the rice pudding dessert is included, if you can, for a few more pesos, order the Neapolitan flan ?; true Neapolitan flan.
