Al principio fui paciente y pensé que tardaban por qué tenían más pedidos
Pero se iban personas y llegaban otras y cuando ví que los atendían primero que a nosotros que llegamos primero, le pregunté a la mesera que si ya iba a estar nuestra comida? y dijo que ya iba a salir
Y La mesera después de una hora y 20 minutos se acercó y dijo que nuestro pedido saldría ya en 10 minutos
Después de eso espere por media hora más y me acerque al área de cocina
Y cuando me acerque a la área de cocina pregunté por mi platillo
Y la mesera que nos atendió se hizo que no me vio y se quitó
Y otra persona dijo que mi platillo ya estaba saliendo y la cocinera después me mostró unos camarones diciendo que eran ya los de mi platillo pero a penas los iba a cocinar y fue ahí que me di cuenta que ni siquiera tenían mi orden
En fin estuve esperando casi dos hora por un simple platillo de media orden de camarones empanizados y al final decidí ya mejor irme pues a penas querías preparar mi platillo después de casi dos horas
Y ni siquiera una disculpa ni nada y
Fue un muy mal servicio
Y tardan en atender y a parte de todo cuando nos retiramos todavía se molestan ellos
I went today and I was waiting for my dish for almost two hours
At first I was patient and thought they were taking a while because they had more orders.
But people left and others arrived and when I saw that they were served first than us who arrived first, I asked the waitress if our food was going to be ready? and he said he was going to leave
And the waitress after an hour and 20 minutes came over and said that our order would be out in 10 minutes
After that I waited for half an hour more and approached the kitchen area
And when I approached the kitchen area I asked for my dish
And the waitress who served us pretended not to see me and left
And another person said that my dish was already coming out and the cook later showed me some shrimp saying that they were already the ones for my dish but she was hardly going to cook them and that's when I realized that they didn't even have my order.
In the end, I was waiting almost two hours for a simple dish of half an order of breaded shrimp and in the end I decided it was better to leave because you hardly wanted to prepare my dish after almost two hours.
And not even an apology or anything and
It was a very bad service
And they take time to attend and apart from everything when we leave they still get annoyed
