Voy a la cocina, a pedir que me cambien el platillo porque esa no es la receta a la diabla. La dueña me dice que esa es la receta que ella hace y que no me van a cambiar nada. Les digo que sería prudente poner en el menú esa diferencia, la dueña me dice que no, que no hará cambios y que así es la receta y punto. Regreso a mi mesa y a los dos minutos me sorprenden con la cuenta para pedirme que me retire, junto con mis invitados quienes no tuvieron participación en la situación. La dueña va a nuestra mesa a polemizar aún más intentando explicarnos como si tuviéramos dos años, diciéndonos que es su restaurante, su receta y que si no nos agrada, fuera. Pues la comida no es extraordinaria, te llena el estómago pero es un restaurante más al que puedes ir cuando no quieres hacer de comer. Las meseras nos dieron buen servicio, reconozco eso pero de la dueña, haber preferido su salsa de catsup caliente a nuestro dinero u opinión, pues es claro que es un local de comida llevado por alguien que cocinó para sus hijos y no por una persona con estudios en gastronomía o con educación en atención a comensales. Lástima, nos la estábamos pasando bien y hubiéramos consumido unos 2 mil pesos más. I return to my table and two minutes later they surprise me with the bill to ask me to retire, along with my guests who did not participate in the situation. The owner goes to our table to argue even more trying to explain to us as if we had two years, telling us that it is her restaurant, her recipe and that if we do not like it, outside. Well, the food is not extraordinary, it fills your stomach but it is a restaurant that you can go to when you do not want to eat. The waitresses gave us good service, I recognize that but of the owner, having preferred their hot ketchup to our money or opinion, it is clear that it is a place of food taken by someone who cooked for their children and not for a person with studies in gastronomy or with education in attention to diners. Pity, we were having a good time and we would have consumed about 2 thousand pesos more.
