Very rich!! On the outside it is almost indistinguishable, it looks like a normal place, if you can see "La casa de Blanca" in an advertisement, once inside it has a very traditional Mexican decoration, with little jars and clay plates and all the traditional cuisine recognitions. I highly recommend the Churipo with Corunda and a coffee with chongos to finish. The portions are cheap but not over the top and they have a lot of flexibility in preparing the kids something to their liking.

Right in front of the handicraft market in the center of Tzinzunzan, Blanca's restaurant is located. It is not an ostentatious place, but rather simple, with normal furniture and colorful tablecloths in typical cotton that has been made on artisan looms. At the entrance of the restaurant, a stove and a large comal prepare your senses so as not to leave to the imagination what you can order, since immediately you will see a cook with the ability that gives her the fact of preparing daily orders as varied as enchiladas, quesadillas , sopes, huaraches etc. Special mention for the chilies stuffed with cheese, the mole, the steak in black sauce, etc. In terms of prices, I consider them moderate since the price-quality ratio is very well supported by the exquisite flavours. One of the walls is decorated with the awards that Blanca has obtained for her dedication to the worthy art of traditional cooking. As a point of improvement, I suggest to Blanca that the sauces and pickles, if they have been refrigerated, let them condition at room temperature since the enchiladas I ordered, due to the fact that they were freshly made, came hot, which your senses appreciate, but the sauce and pickles that accompany the dish were freshly removed from the refrigerator, consequently creating an unpleasant sensation on the palate.
