★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me encanta comer en este sitio, los viernes y sábados en la noche y los domingos en el almuerzo, el trato es único, son muy agradables en el servicio, siempre un excelente sabor en la comida, siempre algo nuevo que aplaudir del sazón, no es un lugar de atención muy rápida pero es muy rico y por eso vale la pena la espera, el atole y guajolote son muy recomendables.
Aún que su plato estrella son las enchiladas ahogadas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La tradicional guajolota, según nos contaron se vendía en el tren, una combinación de pan con enchiladas verdes y huevo duro, como torta, el lugar en podría mejorar, pero en bb si sabroso y económico, ubicado en n Zempoala, Hidalgo.
The traditional guajolota, according to what they told us, was sold on the train, a combination of bread with green enchiladas and hard-boiled eggs, like a cake, the place could improve, but in bb it is tasty and cheap, located in n Zempoala, Hidalgo.
