★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went with a group of 8 for Christmas Eve Lunch at 2pm. surprisingly, not very busy. We had a nice lunch and great service. Good place to eat ! Great location in Ajijic Centro. Not far from the Malecon or the plaza. Has both indoor and outdoor seating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cocinart never disappoints, been here in 3 occasions, 2 different trips. Had the Ensalada Salvaje (Wild Salad) with shrimp. Wow! Fresh, delicious, healthy and light. A piece of apple/cheese pie for dessert, right amount of sweetness. One thing I like about Mexican desserts is that they’re not as sweet as in the USA, the slice size was just perfect to satisfy that sweet craving.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best restaurants in Ajijic. Breakfast/brunch on Saturday and Sunday is consistently really good and great value.
Dinners are also excellent, the Vera Cruz Mahi-mahi is the best I’ve ever had, and I’ve tried it many times all over Mexico. Service matches the food, friendly and attentive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So nice to see that this place has brunch daily until early afternoon. The outside area is lovely, shady & fans keep it cool. They have a board with a wide range of daily specials. Warm bread is served by friendly & experienced waiters. The grilled mahi-nahi with lime sauce was extraordinary. It came with perfectly grilled vegetables and some amazing wild rice. The dish was very tasty & a great portion for only $100. My natural lemonade was one of the best! They also take all credit cards for payment. Highly recommend this restaurant!

Had a really good meal here.
Went for a specialty dinner , but it was already sold out.
So I had the pork. Really delicious...to much for one person, suggest 2 people or bring a big appetite. The service was great.
Will definitely be trying this place again.
