La segunda vez que llamé, pregunté que si atendían por WhatsApp y me dijeron que sí pero que ese momento no estaba disponible (eran las 12:50). Le pregunté que si me podían decir el menú, me dijo la persona que contestó que todavía no lo tenían, que estaría a la 1 de la tarde, que si quería llamar más tarde.
Entonces, ¿cómo, a las 12:50 no tenían el menú ni podía yo hacer un pedido pero a la 1:00 ya tendrían la comida hecha y el menú?
¡Qué manera tan incoherente de atender un negocio!
I have called twice to find out the menu. The first time they answered me as if they were doing me a favor. The second time I called, I asked if they answered on WhatsApp and they said yes but that time was not available (it was 12:50). I asked him if they could tell me the menu, the person who answered that they did not have it yet, that it would be at 1 in the afternoon, told me if I wanted to call later.
So, how, at 12:50 they didn't have the menu nor could I make an order but at 1:00 they would already have the food done and the menu?
What an inconsistent way of running a business!
