Quedas con el dueño en una cosa y cuando llegan a instalar es otra,en mi caso me queje con los empleados que llegan a instalarla y te comunican con una Señora que creo es la esposa. Le reclamé educadamente que así no había quedado con el dueño y la Señora me dijo que le hiciera como quisiera y se portó de forma maleducada.
Además que algunos pistones no funcionan,está rallada,no quedan bien las puertas y en 1 año ya se empieza a pelar algunas partes. No se metan en problemas y vayan a otro lugar,no se dejen llevar por los buenos comentarios.
Personally it was a bad experience, I do not recommend it. You stay with the owner in one thing and when they come to install it is another, in my case I complain to the employees who come to install it and they communicate you with a lady who I think is the wife. I politely complained that I hadn't made an appointment with the owner and the Lady told me to do as I wanted and he behaved rudely.
In addition, some pistons do not work, it is scratched, the doors do not fit well and in 1 year some parts begin to peel. Do not get in trouble and go elsewhere, do not get carried away by good comments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Puedo saber aproximadamente los precios porque estoy cotizando y me dice el técnico que puede venir pero me cobra por la visita. No le veo sentido a esto.
I can know approximately the prices because I am quoting and the technician tells me that he can come but he charges me for the visit. I don't see any sense in this.

El Sr. Erik Valencia (hijo del dueño) es una persona sumamente informal e irrespetuosa del tiempo de sus clientes. Al vender el servicio, platica que el estaba trabajando con su Papá en COCINAS VALENCIA pero se separó porque el señor siempre quedaba mal (igual que el). La entrega de nuestro proyecto era el día 28 de Enero y se terminó de instalar hasta el 19 de Marzo . En ese lapso solamente una vez se ha tomado la molestia de responder nuestras llamadas, de ahí en fuera nos manda a buzón o no responde y les deja la responsabilidad a sus empleados de arreglar los problemas. Han sido 3 intentos en los que en c/u mínimo hemos tenido que esperar 1 hora a los empleados que van a instalar(cabe aclarar que siempre llegaban con transporte rotulado de COCINAS VALENCIA). El primero se hizo un orificio en una tubería de agua debido a que no entregamos los planos, en el segundo ya con los planos volvieron a hacer otro orificio en una tubería . Quedaron muy formales que el 12 de Marzo entregaban el proyecto y los instaladores al llegar nos dijeron que no, que faltan muebles DESPUÉS DE 2 MESES de tener la fecha de entrega. Esta experiencia ha sido una total calamidad. NO PIERDAN SU DINERO Y SU TIEMPO, NO ES UNA EMPRESA CONFIABLE.
NEVER CONTRACT WITH THEM.
Mr. Erik Valencia (son of the owner) is extremely informal and disrespectful of his clients' time. When selling the service, he mentions that he was working with his father in COCINAS VALENCIA but he separated because the man always looked bad (just like him). The delivery of our project was on January 28 and the installation was completed until March 19. In that period, only once has he bothered to answer our calls, from then on he sends us to the mailbox or does not answer and leaves the responsibility to his employees to fix the problems. There have been 3 attempts in which at least we have had to wait 1 hour for the employees who are going to install (it should be clarified that they always arrived with transport labeled COCINAS VALENCIA). The first one made a hole in a water pipe because we did not deliver the plans, in the second, with the plans, they made another hole in a pipe. They were very formal that on March 12 they delivered the project and the installers upon arrival told us no, that furniture is missing AFTER 2 MONTHS of having the delivery date. This experience has been a total calamity. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND YOUR TIME, IT IS NOT A RELIABLE COMPANY.
