Es una lastima que dan promesas de garantía y atención, pero cuando sus diseños fallan y el producto empieza a pandearse (maletero que tuvieron que reparar tres veces por mala instalación y después se pandeo por no tener los soportes necesarios y sin diseño alguno), ya dejaron de contestar, me dieron largas o me dejaron esperando por meses. Considero que esto debe ser llevado a la PROFECO para su atención. Sin embargo, tengo otro librero, que el diseño fue muy rustico pero funcional y no se ha inflado ni mostrado deterioro y tiene aproximadamente dos años. En resumen, hacen un buen trabajo, pero si falla no esperes garantía de calidad o que cumplan con su palabra. I have been worked twice. El supuesto “ingeniero” y la supuesta “arquitecta” nunca dieron la cara. Mandan a empleados sin experiencia. Los cortes “a la medida” son marcos de otra medida que luego rellenan con literal “palitos de madera” mal cortados. Desde enero que quedaron de entregar les estuve llamando, ya estaba a punto de denunciarlos y vinieron hasta hoy con 5 personas a “terminar” lo que sea que hicieron. Mala calidad, mal servicio, es un fraude. No caigan como caí yo. Y cómo dicen otros comentarios, no responden al teléfono, no dan la cara, y no tienen personas que sepan hacer el trabajo. Vienen y trabajan todo el día y el avance es nulo y de mala calidad. Ya me cansé desde hace mucho de esta situación. Tengo el registro de todo el mal servicio y “trabajo” y seguro haré la denuncia correspondiente. No te equivoques como yo me equivoqué con esta “empresa” que según hace muebles a la medida. Nefastos!
