Y todavía me preguntan por teléfono : ¿en qué le puedo ayudar?. No necesito ayuda. Necesito que cumplan o devuelvan el dinero. Bad experience. 3 months late (advance payment was made since August 2021 on delivery (today December 8) when the contract refers to 20 to 25 business days. And they still ask me by phone: how can I help you? I don't need help I need them to comply or return the money.
