★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NUNCA NUNCA NUUUUNCA COMPREN UNA COCINA AQUÍ, son buenísimos para cobrar por anticipado pero entregan cuando se les da la gana y lo mismo sucede con la instalación. Quedas con ellos en una cosa y les vale un gorro. Lastima, la cocina esta bonita pero el servicio y la comunicación PEEEESIMOS!!!! aguas con estos tipos!!!!!!!
 NEVER NEVER NEVER BUY A KITCHEN HERE, they are great to collect in advance but they deliver when they feel like it and the same happens with the installation. You stay with them in one thing and they are worth a hat. Too bad, the kitchen is nice but the service and communication WE REALLY !!!! waters with these guys !!!!!!!

3."-Debido a que esta empresa no reconoce faltantes o mercancía dañada le solicitamos que revise la mercancía que se le entrega;el transportista tiene la obligación modulo por modulo de acuerdo a su guía mecánica o plano.
Recuerde de no revisar la mercancía cualquier cambio o servicio ocasionado por mercancia maltratada será con cargo al cliente. "
Es risible como te tratan los operadores que llegan con olores ilegales y te mandan hablar con una persona que nunca te resuelve nada,el señor alto que se encuentra ahí es un prepotente que amenazó golpearme.
Tengan mucho cuidado.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Peooooor servicio al cliente, cero seguimiento, pésima atención, la vendedora Consuelo una vez que cerró la venta jamas se preocupó por dar seguimiento. El gerente cero se hizo responsable y tengo que estar detrás de ellos para que pueda solucionarme detalles post instalación.
Worse customer service, zero follow-up, lousy attention, the salesperson Consuelo, once the sale was closed, never bothered to follow up. Manager zero took responsibility and I have to stand behind them so he can sort out post install details for me.

Hemos recibido muebles que corresponden en 80% a los planeados, no han llegado coberturas, ni electrodomesticos.
No sabemos lo que sigue, ni cuando. Cada semana llamamos a Imaga, y todo lo que pueden prometer es que llegará cuando llegar y que nos avisan.
No creo que vamos a poder cocinar para Navidad, ni tampoco Año Nuevo.
Actualizacion 15 Febrero 2021: cumplidos 6 meses que firmamos y pagamos, la cocina esta 95% lista, arreglados casi todos los problemas que se podían arreglar.
Cada semana, llamo la sucursal y me dicen que me vuelven a llamar.
90 days ago we paid 70%, 45 days ago 100%, 15 days ago 105%.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuiden las condiciones bajo las que compran, yo realice un pedido en octubre del 2020 y estamos en agosto 2021 y la cocina llego con medidas diferentes a las que solicitaron, uno de los accesorios no cabe porque la cocina la fabricaron ,mas chica de lo que deberia ser y ahora me piden cambiar de accesorio por otros de menos calidad y funcionalidad. No existe una administracion que responda llevo meses tratando de que me resuelvan. la cubierta la instalaron dos centimetros mas grande y dejaron un espacio que se ve feo entre el piso y el zoclo, puertas rayadas y manchadas que tardaron mas de un mes en cambiar.
Pesimo apoyo de la Vendedora Consuelo para el momento de hacer las modificaciones de albañileria y las medidas donde tenia que llegar el azulejo.
Espacios muertos de mas de 40 cm donde podrian haber puesto un mueble. que al final tuve que pagar los cambios de estos espacios siendo que son errores de la vendedora. La empresa te pide liquidar el 100 % cuando llevamos mas e 3 meses y no terminan con la instalacion y la entrega de la cocina.

Yo quedé muy insatisfecha con el resultado, primero cuando intentan venderte el trato es muy agradable, pero posteriormente es muy desafortunado, ya no hay seguimiento, ni buen trato, la vendedora Consuelo se vuelve intolerante y grosera, no te va explicando qué sigue y a mi me dejaba en "visto", con preguntas súper sencillas, llegué a preguntarme si había hecho algo para molestarla, pero no, veo que así es su trato. La instalación no fue limpia, tronaron un entrepaño y pusieron chueca la cocina, al final no resolvieron nada y solo querían acudir en sus horarios y si no podías se molestaban. Además te responsabilizan únicamente a ti como cliente. No son nada baratas.
