No suelo escribir cosas negativas de un negocio, me cuesta trabajo porque sé que de un negocio viven muchas familias, sin embargo me parece injusto como tampoco como negocio de ese calibre no valore la atención a sus clientes. No sé si otras sucursales sean mejores. Hace un par de años mi mamá compró su cocina ahí, fue una experiencia regular, poco atentos en general, el mejor trato es cuando te reciben, se limitan a hacer lo mínimo necesario no suelen darte opciones para tu cocina... y una vez que haces el pedido se olvidan de uno, no cumplen con sus tiempos de 20 días, en fin. La calidad de instalación es buena, es una lástima el mal servicio que hay previo a eso. Me atreví a darles una segunda oportunidad y fue lo mismo, o sea no es cosa de suerte o de un vendedor, ya tuve experiencia con 2 y la gerente, pero son iguales, no coordinan nada con la fecha de entrega de almacén, tuve que estarles llamando yo, etc. Un par de veces que les llamé me comentan que están en curso de cubiertas de cuarzo, o materiales, etc, que cuando lleguen a la tienda me regresan la llamada (cosa que no sucedió de todas las veces con ningún vendedor y gerente) y lo único que podría sugerirle a los dueños del negocio, algunos de esos cursos deberían de ser para Atención y servicio al cliente porque solo por eso no pienso recomendarlos ni contratarlos nuevamente nunca :( porque considero que lo que lo que venden es un componente importante para el patrimonio de una familia, no es cualquier cosa y para ellos no parece importarles.
