This is the worst experience with a contractor I have ever had. The first payment for the kitchen was given on November 14, 2020, and the kitchen was “finished” on January 25, 2021. They went 3 times to install the kitchen, the first time they did not send the bar and several of the doors did not they had the correct mean. The second time the bar did not come as requested, Mr. Francisco Luna mentioning that they come in that material (formal) that cannot be modified. Quite the opposite of what the installer told me upon arrival telling me that they only have to be cut to size at the factory. The installer cut it right there to make it to size but put it crooked. The installer was mentioned that the bar was crooked, he said no, that what was crooked was the floor, when with the use of a simple square you can see that it is not aligned with the wall, the bar had exposed the Inner part where you can see the material it is made of, which is a horrible sight and there were still two pieces missing. That did not stop Francisco from charging me for what was missing, which I should not have done and it was a serious mistake on my part. From there he has spent it saying “don't worry that it will be installed and correct what is missing”. This person does not have the minimum of consideration with the time and money of other people, he made me go twice knowing that I am going from satellite to the South Valley neighborhood so that the installers do not arrive and again they arrive 3 hours later than Agreed and again they will not take the piece to measure and saying that they had no idea that the bar will be corrected but that it is crooked. The only thing that this person knows how to give is to give excuses saying that he has many facilities, when this is already paid in full he is more concerned about the money that is to be collected. Finally, the interior part of the bar was patched, which makes the material not visible but a professional work is not seen, the last part of the kitchen that is an adjustment was sent in another shade of white and Mr. Francisco says that he sees it the same, even the installer checking that it was another tone. He believes that repeating that it is the same color will convince one. I did this review because I decided to hire for Google reviews and I hope no one makes the same mistake. If you need a professional job, do not hire these services. Cheap is expensive.
