★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No es valido que sol sea únicamente por mas de treinta mil pesos si uno tiene una cocina mas pequeña , necesariamente tiene que ser muy grande para que lo puedan hacer se supone que es una empresa que no deberia importar los metros que sean y eso esta demasiado mal.

Los elegimos ya que tenían la mejor relación materiales/tiempo de entrega con la información que nos dieron en nuestra primer visita, después de eso fueron puras largas y excusas para no entregarnos en el tiempo inicialmente acordado. Poca seriedad en el último paso del proceso que es la entrega, aun nos siguen dando fecha POSIBLE de entrega, no fecha real.
Very attentive but incompetent service. We chose them since they had the best material / delivery time ratio with the information they gave us on our first visit, after that they were pure lengths and excuses for not delivering us in the initially agreed time. Little seriousness in the last step of the process which is the delivery, they still give us POSSIBLE delivery date, not actual date.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buena atención, pésimo servicio.
No entregaron la cocina a tiempo, rompieron una tubería de agua y su respuesta fue "no es nuestro problema".
Se llevaron unas repisas para retocar, porque las dañaron al instalarlas, y se comprometieron a entregarlas en un par de días pero se tardaron 15 días.
Quedaron en "compensar" los inconvenientes y ya paso un mes y no sabemos nada de ellos.
Preferible buscar otra opción.
Good attention, terrible service.
They didn't deliver the kitchen on time, they broke a water pipe and their response was "not our problem".
They took some shelves to touch up, because they damaged them when they were installed, and they promised to deliver them in a couple of days but it took 15 days.
They agreed to "compensate" for the inconveniences and a month has passed and we don't know anything about them.
Preferable to look for another option.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ***La entrega de los proyectos es de hasta 45 días hábiles después de la firma del contrato y el 100% del pago del proyecto***
La atención siempre fue buena y orientados al detalle en la entrega figuraron algunas diferencias vs el proyecto original pero estuvimos conformes con el resultado, al final tuve un tema que desmejoró mi percepción del proveedor.
Algo que yo consideré al hacer la evaluación de proveedores para una cocina era el tiempo de entrega, y cuando pase por el proceso de venta el asesor de venta me dijo que el tiempo que pasaba desde la firma del contrato y la entrega era de un mes.
Finalmente después del primer pago, pude firmar el contrato y hasta ese momento pude leer que la entrega e instalación se hacía de 35 a 45 días hábiles a partir de ese momento.
Pese a mi inconformidad fui paciente y al liquidar el proyecto el contrato indica que se debe instalar máximo 8 días después de este pago, me programaron 2 semanas después la entrega
Expresé mi inconformidad y afortunadamente el director de la empresa se puso en contacto con nosotros para asegurar la entrega si bien no el tiempo que el vendedor había conversado con nosotros antes de firmar el contrato al menos en la fecha más cercana posible y sucedió.
Después de este incidente dieron seguimiento puntual a nuestro caso para asegurar nuestra satisfacción.
El proceso completo de compra toma 1 mes y una semana. Me hubiera gustado saberlo antes de decidirme porque en mi caso era de una de la prioridades a considerar en la evaluación de proveedores.

The attention was always good and detail-oriented in the delivery, there were some differences vs the original project but we were satisfied with the result, in the end I had an issue that impaired my perception of the supplier.
Something that I considered when doing the supplier evaluation for a kitchen was the delivery time, and when I went through the sales process the sales consultant told me that the time that passed from the signing of the contract and the delivery was one month .
Finally after the first payment, I was able to sign the contract and until that moment I could read that the delivery and installation was done in 35 to 45 business days from that moment.
Despite my disagreement, I was patient and when the project was settled, the contract indicates that it must be installed a maximum of 8 days after this payment, they scheduled me 2 weeks after delivery
I expressed my disagreement and fortunately the director of the company contacted us to ensure delivery, although not the time that the seller had talked with us before signing the contract at least on the closest possible date and it happened.
After this incident, they promptly followed up on our case to ensure our satisfaction.
The entire purchase process takes 1 month and a week. I would have liked to know before deciding because in my case it was one of the priorities to consider when evaluating suppliers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para lo que pagas esperas una mejor atencion y servicio, cortaron mal las puertas de mi cocina lo que hizo que se tardaran mas para la entrega ya que tuvieron que hacer correcciones a pesar de que se reviso varias veces el diseño… mala comunicación entre empleados, dejaron mi cocina sucia con rastros de silicon y nunca nadie me dijo que ya estaba terminada. puedes conseguir lo mismo mas barato y hasta mejor en otros lados, no es la gran cosa como aparentan
For what you pay you expect better attention and service, they cut the doors of my kitchen badly which made them take longer for delivery since they had to make corrections despite the fact that the design was revised several times... poor communication between employees, they left my kitchen dirty with traces of silicone and no one ever told me that it was finished. you can get the same cheaper and even better elsewhere, it's not a big deal as they appear
