★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi experiencia es negativa, pues el personal de cocinas Onix al momento de instalar la cubierta de piedra dañó un muro lateral hecho a base de un recubrimiento especial, la cubierta de piedra la intentaron colocar dos veces y no la supieron cortar, ni instalar. Al final no resarcieron el daño del muro, no se hicieron responsables y no concluyeron el trabajo. Soy Arquitecta y solicité a Cocinas Onix el servicio para un proyecto de remodelación para un cliente, por lo que tuve que buscar otro proveedor.
OJO con Cocinas Onix, son irresponsables, carecen de total calidad en el servicio y en el producto que ofrecen.
My experience is negative, because the Onix kitchen staff at the time of installing the stone cover damaged a side wall made with a special coating, the stone cover tried to place it twice and they did not know how to cut or install it. In the end, they did not compensate for the damage to the wall, they were not responsible and did not finish the work. I am an architect and I asked Cocinas Onix for the service for a remodeling project for a client, so I had to find another provider.
BEWARE of Cocinas Onix, they are irresponsible, they lack total quality in the service and in the product they offer.
