★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Two key ex-Quince employees both award winning mixologists started this tiny but cozy bar. The cocktails are incredible, hands down San Miguel de Allende's best cocktails. Great cocktails done creatively with panache. Classic cocktails such as the Negroni done very very well indeed and completely new cocktails that are creative and fun. Local touches, fermentations done by the team, own picked botanicals, self made bitters, incredible attention to detail. One of the best cocktail bars I've ever been to anywhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just go there. The best cocktails I've had in Mexico, hands down. They don't have a menu and the bartender, Eduardo, just asked what we liked and from there, he took it away. Try the 'Naked and Famous' cocktail which was my absolute favorite. They have a nice mezcal selection and great playlists. It's a small and cozy joint and worth going back to pretty much every night.
